Step2Eat — MVP Telegram Mini App for food delivery
Within the project, I worked on the complete UX/UI cycle of the product — from research to the finished MVP. I conducted an analysis of the German food delivery market and the competitive environment, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of existing solutions. Based on the research, I created profiles of the target audience (customers and business owners) and developed their behavior scenarios.
I designed the complete structure of the Telegram Mini App with two roles: client and business. I developed the user flow, information architecture, and interaction logic for both sides. I created the design for onboarding, the main screen, search, the establishment and dish pages, the cart, order placement, notifications, and order status tracking. For the business role, I designed a dashboard, order management, and menu.
I conducted usability testing with users and business owners, based on which I optimized navigation, reduced the number of steps in the ordering process, and simplified key scenarios.
Project focus: reducing friction in the ordering process, speed of decision-making, simple management for local businesses, and a scalable structure for further product development.
