Suspension control arm Honda Civic EG
The goal of the project was to develop a front upper suspension arm with the ability to adjust the camber of the wheels. The design was developed for manufacturing from sheet metal using laser cutting and bending methods.
Execution features:
• Design: based on the original drawings of the manufacturer (Honda) and the results of our own control measurements of the original part.
• Structure: a camber adjustment system has been developed that allows for fine-tuning the suspension kinematics.
• Manufacturability: the part is designed taking into account the features of sheet metal processing, ensuring the strength of the structure and ease of assembly.
Work results:
• High-precision 3D model of the suspension arm.
• Set of working drawings.
• Files in DXF/DWG format for laser cutting of metal.
