Overall, we received orders from 12 clients. The main goal was to attract a client once, who would then become a regular customer.
The client had not run advertising before this. We tested different approaches, and the best results came from "Direct message" outreach, which brought us the most relevant inquiries and sales.
Difficulties in promoting this project:
- Only static creatives were used for advertising; the client could not shoot a video from production because the customers did not want to disclose information about themselves.
- Irregular management of the Instagram account
- Power outages also affect the speed of order fulfillment.
When promoting services from business to business, it’s important to understand that this is not just about selling a product and expecting 300 orders per month (with the budget we used). Additionally, the decision-making cycle for purchases is longer compared to everyday consumer goods.
