Targeted advertising for premium sushi delivery
ABOUT THE PROJECT:
Delivery of premium sushi in one of the cities of Ukraine
There is no clear positioning for the delivery, but their business card is a lot of fish in rolls, expensive quality products, and a minimalist-youthful design. They prepare premium sushi (high-end segment) and have good offers.
MAIN TASKS:
1. Elevate the delivery to a new level in terms of the number of purchases
2. Work on the brand perception among the target audience
PITFALLS:
1. They searched for a working connection for a long time, conducted many test campaigns, used creatives from at least 3-4 designers, of which only a few yielded good results
2. Quite high competition, high average check for the product, which also became an obstacle in the initial launches
WHAT HAS BEEN DONE:
1. Built a strategy considering CJM and CustDev
2. Developed very strong communication, created unique offers that became the slogan of the delivery
3. Created a retargeting funnel for customer retention, from which we have been consistently receiving a good number of leads at a low cost for the third month now
