Problem: The client used Keitaro for lead tracking, but managers spent a lot of time checking the admin panel and processing applications, which led to customer loss due to slow response times.
Solution: Developed a system that integrates Keitaro with Telegram for instant notifications of new leads from various sites in a single Telegram channel and management through interactive buttons in the channel. Also organized tracking of lead statuses, transmitting changes in their statuses to Keitaro, and forwarding them back to advertising sources.
