This UX case was implemented during my training at the IT professional school. The task was to select an existing application or website, conduct user experience research, and propose improvements.

Since I regularly use Ukrposhta's services, I decided to investigate their mobile application specifically. At the beginning of the project, I analyzed competitors in the Ukrainian market. The main competitors turned out to be Nova Poshta and Meest. Additionally, I considered international services — Packages and Posylka.net — with similar parcel tracking functionalities.

Next, an analysis of the interfaces and functionalities of competing applications was conducted, which helped identify each one's strengths and weaknesses. Based on this, I created initial sketches — low-fidelity prototypes, and later a high-fidelity version of the updated Ukrposhta app interface.

The next step was to survey users using Google Forms to learn about their experience with similar applications. Simultaneously, I conducted UX research through Instagram, gathering valuable insights from real users. Based on these responses, the first redesign was performed.

After that, I conducted a follow-up survey in Telegram to see how users perceive the updated interface. The feedback received became the basis for the final redesign.

As a result — a multi-level UX research, creation of a modern, more convenient and functional application prototype that better meets user needs.
