# Ukie Painting — Lead-to-Revenue Marketing Audit
Ukie Painting is an established residential painting company serving the Charlotte, North Carolina market.
The company already had an active marketing system: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Local Services Ads, Google Business Profile, website forms, phone calls, CRM records, estimates, jobs, invoices, and payments.
The problem was the connection between these systems.
Advertising platforms showed clicks, leads, and conversions. GHL and Lead Sheet showed contacts and operational activity. JobNimbus showed jobs, invoices, and revenue. But the company had no reliable way to connect the full journey:
**marketing source → lead → appointment → sold job → invoice → revenue**
## Audit scale
* **6,125** lead records reviewed
* **14** invoice-positive customer cases traced
* **$69,662.90** in combined invoice value reviewed
* **30** prioritized findings
* **11** marketing, tracking, CRM, and revenue layers checked
The audit covered Google Ads, Meta Ads, LSA, GBP, website forms and calculator paths, GHL, Lead Sheet, RingCentral, JobNimbus, GTM, GA4, and conversion logic.
## What I found
The same customer could appear as Paid Search in GHL, Google Search in Lead Sheet, and Google in JobNimbus. Another lead could move from GBP Phone to Organic and then to broad Google.
This meant that a single source field could not be trusted as proof of channel revenue.
Other major findings:
* 88.4% of Lead Sheet records lacked service-line classification
* Google Ads contained 31 mixed conversion actions
* Meta showed 237 browser Lead events and 0 server Lead events
* phone attribution was fragmented across website, GBP, Ads, LSA, RingCentral, and automation
* historical paid landing pages and CTA paths required cleanup
## What I did
I reconstructed real customer journeys across available systems and matched contacts, forms, calls, source fields, jobs, estimates, invoices, and payments.
Each revenue case was classified by evidence strength: confirmed, strongly probable, possible, referral, repeat client, or needs review.
This prevented broad CRM labels from being presented as exact advertising attribution.
## What the client received
* full lead-to-revenue diagnostic
* 14 traced revenue cases
* source naming and attribution map
* phone-routing findings
* scored findings matrix
* priority quick fixes
* medium-level improvements
* system-level roadmap
* future reporting specification
* phased implementation order
* evidence references and recorded walkthrough
The recommendations were organized as:
**Control Foundation → Tracking Cleanup → CRM & Reporting Layer → Campaign Management**
## Result
The client received a complete diagnostic and implementation roadmap for connecting marketing channels with booked estimates, sold jobs, invoices, and revenue.
The audit showed what already worked, where attribution was preserved, where the source changed or disappeared, which revenue paths were supported by evidence, and what needed to be fixed first.
