Project description
UltraOpt is a project to create a full-fledged e-commerce infrastructure for wholesale trade of accessories for mobile devices (headphones, chargers, cables, protective glass, etc.). The task was to develop an online store from scratch and establish all business processes — from stock synchronization to advertising launch and promotion.

Responsibilities and scope of work
• Product management: forming the product vision, requirements, functionality, and project goals
• Team coordination: interaction with developers, designers, and 1C specialists
• Site development and launch: managing UX/UI creation, catalog structure, filter and order systems
• CRM (1C) integration: coordinating logic for synchronizing products, stock levels, prices, and orders
• Testing: quality control at all stages — from development to final launch
• Marketing: launching initial advertising campaigns in Google Ads and social networks
• Content and sales support: creating content, posting on Instagram and Facebook, attracting new B2B clients

• The site was successfully launched and fully integrated with CRM
• Key processes automated: product updates, stock synchronization, order accounting
• Received stable traffic from advertising and social media
• Created an effective catalog management structure with hundreds of items
• The online store became the main sales channel for wholesale clients
The project was implemented several years ago but remains an example of the full cycle of digital product management — from idea to launch and scaling.
