Create a sales department from scratch (launch people, train them, implement #CRM, write #script sales)
Discharge the owner from constant telephone calls
The result:
Visualize the business process in the sales department using BPMN
- Developed technical task for CRM and on its basis implemented system (#sales gateway, customer card, transaction and integration)
- Inbound #IP telephone (#Binotel)
- Created the #official instructions of the sales manager
- Created the #analysis system of sales and plans department
- Created #sales department regulations (processing a new leader, working with CRM, planning, #recounting, penalties)
