- Conducted a heuristic analysis of competitors
- Conducted 8 in-depth user interviews to identify their needs and problems
- Created JTBD and Customer Journey Map for better understanding of users
- Prioritized features using the Kano Model
- Developed information architecture and user flows
- Created medium-fidelity wireframes and tested prototypes with users
- Optimized the booking process: reduced the number of steps from 7 to 5, making it 15% faster
