HR hiring funnel in 3 stages

Job 2 of 62
Problem
For positions requiring additional skill verification (test assignment) and an interview with the manager, the selection process was not structured: test assignments and interview results with management were not recorded anywhere, causing HR to lose track of at what stage the candidate was stuck and when to move on to the next step.

Task
Create a hiring funnel with a 3-stage selection cycle (interview with HR → test assignment → interview with the manager) that covers the entire candidate journey from application to onboarding.

Solution
A "3-Stage HR Hiring" funnel has been created and configured with the following statuses:
1 -Reserved
2 - New candidates
3 - Phone interview conducted
4 - Interview scheduled
5 - Interview confirmed
6 - Interview conducted
7 - Test assignment sent
8 - Test assignment passed
9 - Interview with the manager scheduled
10 - Interview with the manager confirmed
11 - Interview with the manager conducted
12 - References received
13 - Job offer made
14 - Job offer accepted
15 - Started the trial period
16 - Passed the trial period
17 - Hired / passed the probation period
18 - Rejected.

Results
1. The candidate selection process for more complex positions has become completely transparent — it is clear who is at what stage (interview, test, meeting with the manager).
2. Test assignments and their results are recorded in the CRM and are not lost when transferring candidates between stages.
3. HR and department managers work within a unified system, which speeds up candidate approvals.
4. There is now the ability to track at which specific stage the most candidates are filtered out and adjust the selection process accordingly.
