Client: Lennona residential complex in Lviv.

Objective:
Launch advertising campaign for the start of sales of a new residential complex from the developer Resident Development.

Actions taken:
1. Analysis of target audience and competitors
2. Development of banners and writing ad copy
3. Creation of a lead form
4. Audience testing
5. Integration of leads into Google Sheets and CRM

Results for February 2024:
- Budget: $525
- Leads: 128
- Cost per lead: $4.10

Tested 3 audiences - IT interests, broad (only age and location), and entrepreneur audience. Although the entrepreneur audience was the cheapest, it generated lower quality leads, so we kept the broad audience and IT audience.
