Editing of English text

I need to improve language of my manuscript. According to editor notes, the level of English throughout my manuscript does not meet the Journal's desired standard and needs significant improvement, without which the paper will not progress. There are some grammatical errors and instances of badly worded/constructed sentences. The language of the manuscript should be refined carefully, considering the following:

1. Grammar and syntax:        
a. Subject/verb disagreement, improper use of tenses, adjectives, articles            
b. Punctuation, prepositions, inflections & hyphenation, misplaced modifiers            
c. Misuse of singular & plural nouns
2. Sentence structure:            
a. Overuse of conjunctions    
b. Lack of appropriate punctuation - resulting in comma splices or run-on sentences        
3. Overuse of colloquialisms (e.g. 'and so on', 'in our lab')  
4. Qualify all acronyms and abbreviations on their first time of use in the abstract, and then again in the manuscript

According to my previous experience, the most appropriate stile of editing is synchronous cooperative (language editor + author) analysis, examination and rewriting the text. The editor is responsible for the text quality only. The author controls possible violation of physical sense and technical correctness of the paper. I am internally replaced person (because the war in Donbass) and reside in Mykolaïv. Therefore the cooperation is relevant through the Skype only. You may choose any time and schedule that you prefer.
