I did a lot more work than I needed at first.

This was not the main project of the buyer (and the mediator), so the buyer had no desire to complete the project. Also, the budget was very limited, and the competence of the customer's qualification is insufficient for the management of such a project.

Thus, the project planned for 4 days was extended up to 30 days, and the number of tasks increased and increased. My repeated proposals to discuss some important project tasks by voice with screen demonstration and to increase even a little budget for new tasks were ignored by the customer.

Since all the tasks of the project by me were successfully and in more than a full volume realised, and the "upgrade" from the customer all came and came - I first had to turn to the arbitration to finally close this "golden" project (because the development has already passed into the support). The buyer left only to edit the content or to hire a content manager.
