It is very pleasant to work with the client, tasks are clearly set, all recommendations are carefully considered, adequate, tactful. I hope for further cooperation with the client)
At the start of our collaboration, everything was great and seemed quite clear. We had our chat in Tg, active calling, calling for the terms of conversation. But the main problems began when the first cardinal guidelines came from the client. After the scattered structure - which was harmonised, it was processed and approved. But at the stage of design, it was not all so.I will also note that the structure was proposed by the customer, so I followed it, with my wishes for the future interface.Despite such a radical breakthrough, I continued to work on the project, trying to pull it out, so that I don’t lose reputation/rating and have good relationships with the customer (which is a design studio and the real customer is the UpWork customer). After that, our communication began to spread.I did not get the answers so quickly, so the time was stretching.Based on the following desires - I painted a new design that we began to edit and improve. They have defined the structure, and they have already painted the styles.Already in the final stages - when all the design was completed and point changes remained possible - the customer decided to cancel the order and write me a negative feedback with the full unpaid of my work.On the output I got - a drop in my rating and a loss of 2+ weeks of work time.+ not completely objective feedback on my work that annoyed me most. The main problems of cooperation:
1) not sufficient communication with a real customer (all was transmitted through the company manager, and later through comments in Figma).2) the customer's no understanding of the future result that should be.At the beginning, we didn’t talk about everything that came out at the end.More accurate is the change of the vector at the stage when the design of the part is already ready.
