For the task, we are looking for a UI/UX designer with experience in conversion rate optimization to create a SaaS Landing page and MVP product.

To handle the task, you must have:
- A minimum of 2+ years of real commercial experience in UX/UI web design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma. Mastery of Figma libraries and a component-based approach to UI development, mandatory use of auto layout.
- Significant experience in UX research, including analysis of client requirements and analytics data, market and competitor research, user profiles, user flow, and information architecture creation, wireframing.
- Knowledge of English sufficient for immersion in project documentation and written correspondence. Understanding English is essential for reviewing calls with the client, but speaking is not critical.
- Additional skills in motion design (creating micro animations for the website) and graphic design are a huge plus.
If the portfolio you send meets the requirements, our design department head will conduct the onboarding.
Project tasks:
- Be available from 12 PM to 10 PM from Monday to Friday so we can work synchronously on the project.
- Have at least 4-6 free working hours per day to work on our project.
- Carefully review and analyze the Client's requirements, actively seeking clarifications and asking all necessary questions to ensure a complete understanding of the tasks.
- Thoroughly research and analyze competitor products and the industry benchmarks listed above to identify opportunities and best practices.
- Conduct a comprehensive UX audit, researching everything listed above, identifying areas and opportunities for improving the user experience.
- Develop and refine user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to create an intuitive and engaging UX.
- Apply user-centered design principles to ensure the design meets the needs of the target audience.
- Stay updated on new trends, tools, and UX design technologies to meet high design standards.
- Effectively communicate your design decisions to both me and the client, justifying your choices with research and adherence to UX principles.
- Develop a comprehensive style guide and project documentation to assist the developer in accurately implementing the project.
The project deadline is 3 weeks.
