6000 USD ZooHorror - (Zoonomaly Like) Android Game
Gaming AppsThe client ordered a clone of the newly released PC game Zoonomaly, aiming to bring it to Android within one month, before an official mobile version existed.
My responsibilities included:
… Creating a large, detailed outdoor location with heavy vegetation, fully optimized for low-end mobile devices.
Implementing first-person player movement and control systems.
Finding free 3D models, optimizing them for mobile, and creating necessary animations.
Developing AI behavior for monsters.
Designing and implementing environmental puzzles.
Building level design based on the original game's structure.
Producing three variations of the main map (visual reskins).
Integrating analytics and monetization SDKs: Appsflyer, Applovin Max, and AppMetrica.
I personally published the game on Google Play Store and handled live support: bug fixes, content updates, and improvements based on player analytics and client feedback.
The game reached over 1 million downloads on Google Play, became very popular in Central Asia, and was featured in livestreams by major Thai influencers.
It was eventually removed from the store due to copyright issues.

4000 USD Clone Wars: Arena – (Roblox Like) Android Game
Gaming AppsThe goal was to quickly create a clone of a Roblox-style game for Android.
I handled the entire development independently: wrote all gameplay logic, assembled scenes, selected and optimized free 3D models from Sketchfab, built skeletons, created animations, and integrated visual and audio effects.
I composed the UI using a purchased asset pack, adjusted it for mobile, and optimized the entire project for performance.
… The first fully functional deathmatch mode was completed within 5 full working days and remains largely unchanged in the current store version.
The following week, advertising and analytics SDKs were integrated.
Over the next two weeks, additional content was added:
Capture the Flag game mode
New deathmatch map
New weapons and friendly drone allies
Ongoing bug fixing and optimization
I personally published the game on Google Play Store and continued maintaining and updating it regularly over the next six months.
The game surpassed 1 million downloads.

12 000 USD Bus Escape: Car Parking Jam - iOS/Android Game
Gaming AppsThe task was to create a Car Jam clone for iOS.
I managed the full project cycle: scoped the work, estimated budget and deadlines, assembled and led a team (2D/3D artists, motion designer).
Key responsibilities:
…
Task setting and workflow supervision for art and animation.
In-depth analysis of the original game to accurately replicate mechanics.
Visual setup: shaders, materials, overall style.
Project architecture and gameplay systems development.
UI layout from Figma, integration of animated 2D elements and videos.
Sound search and integration, creation and implementation of VFX and haptic feedback.
Collaboration with product manager on ad creatives (Unity part only).
Full level design (100 levels).
Manual gameplay testing.
SDK integration: Appsflyer, FBSDK, ApplovinMax, RevenueCat.
In-app purchases: instant and subscription models.
Initially developed for Android and iOS, but focused solely on iOS after early testing.
Proposed and implemented the use of pre-rendered environments to optimize performance, managing an external art team.
Full publishing process on App Store handled by me.
