    Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
    Your company is engaged in merchandising activities, and every day they face numerous tasks: visiting stores, checking product availability, placing orders, filling out marketing information forms, distributing promotional materials, and transferring all data to the database. This is a labor-intensive process with a risk of errors.

    To address these issues, we created Odoo Easy Merch – a mobile application for Android, integrated with Odoo. The app allows sales representatives to collect, process, and analyze data even without a connection. Once connected, all information is synchronized with Odoo.

    The main problems that Odoo Easy Merch solves:
    Data collection errors. Using Excel or paper documents increases the risk of mistakes.
    Time consumption. Collecting and transferring data to the database takes a lot of time, especially when servicing a large number of retail outlets.
    Reliability of analytics. Manually collected data may be incomplete or inaccurate, affecting decision-making.
    How Odoo Easy Merch works
    The merchandiser starts their day by creating a work plan. Using the app, retail points are selected, and the route is plotted via Google Maps. If necessary, a new point can be added or an existing one edited. If there is no connection, the app works offline and synchronizes after the network is restored.

    Odoo Easy Merch integrates with Odoo modules to automate business processes:

    Updating counterparty data. The system quickly updates information about suppliers, customers, and partners.
    Inventory control. Regular updates of the assortment and monitoring of product availability.

  • Payroll. New level (Odoo)

    Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
    Client: A leading IT company with approximately 100 employees specializes in outsourcing and outstaffing and requires efficient payroll management for its workforce.

    Request: The client seeks automation of the payroll calculation and payment process for employees working under different contract types, with contracts denominated in the system currency but requiring payment in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH). Key requirements include wage calculation based on timesheets and accurate cost allocation for projects per employee.

    Solution:
    The client's requirements were addressed using Odoo version 17, particularly leveraging the Payroll and Accounting modules.
    The development team significantly enhanced the standard functionality of the Payroll modules by:
    Introducing a new field, "Wage Currency," in the employee contract.

    Adding a "Exchange rate date" field in the Payslip's "Other information" tab for currency conversion into Payslips on the specified date.
    Including an "Amount in currency" column in the Salary Calculation tab of Payslips.
    Adding a new "Project" tab to track cost allocation for each project where an employee has worked.

    Displaying relevant fields in the list view for all Payslips.

    Additionally, a new field was added to the contract structure, automatically pulling the structure from the contract when creating a new Payslip .
    Furthermore, the "Balance in Currency" field was incorporated into the Journal Items in the Trial Balance.


    In cases where a draft is created from a Payslips, the amount in currency is derived from the dollar amount and converted at the exchange rate specified in the "Currency Exchange Date" field of the Payslips. Conversely, if a draft in the journal is created differently, such as a transfer from another account or recording a payroll payment, the exchange rate is calculated based on the "Payment Date" field.


    Result:
    In the Payroll module in Odoo, a powerful and functional platform was configured and meets the client's needs. It allows for effective payroll management. Additionally, the platform includes a new fields in modulus, supporting multi-currency transactions and detailed expense tracking for project costs.
  • Assessment, KPI (Odoo)

    Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
    This module allows you to effectively manage the setting of goals for employees, approve goals, and track their implementation. Development plans. Conduct competency assessments.
    The system includes informing employees about the Company's goals and determining the contribution of each employee to achieving these goals (setting individual goals). Consists of two parts: individual goals and competencies and development plans. The form to be filled in is a document of a standardized form used to draw up an individual development plan and evaluate the results and individual assessment of the development of competencies by the Company's employees. The form is used to fill in the goals and assessment (self-assessment and managerial assessment) of the achievement of goals for a fixed period, assess competencies and record the competency development plan. After the end of the period, the personal % of goals and competencies is calculated, based on which the employee is paid a bonus. Personnel are evaluated: for goals - once per quarter, for competencies - once per six months.

    Client: A leading insurance company that conducts periodic training for its employees and independent agents.

    Request: To create a convenient platform for self-learning for users in the format of a knowledge base and conducting webinars for internal and external users. The client's requirements include the presence of different roles with various access rights, a user-friendly and intuitive interface, automated sending of invitations and notifications, conducting webinars for up to 500 people, and obtaining reports on attendees.


    Solution:

    The client's tasks were implemented using the built-in LMS Odoo 16 version, specifically utilizing the E-learning and Event modules.

    The development team significantly enhanced the standard functionality of the E-learning modules by:

    Adding the ability to upload videos directly to the platform.
    For materials added to the platform via links from Google Drive and YouTube, the JS tools were used to hide video redirection elements, preventing the spread of content outside the educational platform.
    Adding the ability to group courses by categories and limit user access to specific categories.
    Allowing instructors to manually modify notification templates and adjust the interval for sending such notifications.
    Additionally, the functionality of the Event module was expanded by:


    Integrating the Jitsi API, a webinar tool that allows hosting webinars from 20 to 1000 users.
    Adding the ability to register event participants directly by the platform administrator.
    Enabling the restriction of event visibility for certain user groups.
    Through webhooks, the platform can collect information about users who attended the webinar (login/logout time, total presence time).
    The ability to download statistical data about such activity directly from the webinar rooms.
    Adding the ability to appoint a meeting moderator with webinar recording rights.
