We are looking for a specialist who combines deep technical expertise in Odoo and analytical skills. We need a person who not only performs tasks but also analyzes processes, proposes solutions, and helps design the future architecture of the system.
Project tasks:
• Development and customization of Odoo modules
• Analysis of business processes and formation of technical solutions
• Design of modules and optimization of operational logic
• Creation of views, QWeb templates, workflows
• Integration with third-party services via API
• Optimization of existing models, checklists, and routes in the system
• Preparation for the transition from Odoo 15 to Odoo 19 and implementation of migration
• Participation in planning technical architecture and recommendations for improvements
Requirements for the performer:
• 3–5 years of commercial experience with Odoo
• Deep knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL
• Confident work with Odoo, server actions, modular architecture
• Analytical thinking and ability to propose solutions
• Experience with custom functionality, complex integrations, and migrations
• Understanding of business processes and their optimization
