6000 USD Online shop of decorations and accessories from Korea
Contextual AdvertisingThe situation:
A customer with his own online store of jewelry and accessories from Korea came to me, as well as two local sales points in the shopping centers of Dnipr and Kiev.At the beginning of the work of sales from the online store the customer actually did not have.The task was to bring the first sales and to date the cumulative (ROAS) > 400%.My actions:
1 Preparation
Having already experience working in this customs, I have done a thorough analysis of the competitors and the customer’s website to find the reason for the lack of orders.The main reason for the problems with sales we have identified the lack of product description.2 The launch
… When the site got the first lines, I launched an ad in Meta Ads.The first day we received a few orders, but later they found out that they were fake.This situation has not changed over a certain period of time until we have conducted a re-analysis of the site.After reviewing the landing machine we found materials that entertained the customer after the purchase, but could be perceived by the algorithms as "sensitive".I assumed that because of this Facebook could lower our advertiser rating, and show our ads less quality auditories.It was decided to remove this material, as well as to make a new business page, a advertising office and put a new Meta Pixel on the site.After that, the advertising results began to improve.
3 Full-scale war
After 24.02.2022 the online store ceased to sell its goods due to the armed aggression of Russia against Ukraine.We suspended our advertising activity and returned to it in June of the same year.It is worth understanding that as a result of the missile attacks and the marriage of the Russian military, the off-line store in Kiev was destroyed and agreed to close, and the store in Dnipr hardly occupied himself.As a source of traffic we chose Google Ads.After collecting the most targeted keywords and forming a feed of data, we started advertising in the Search Network and Google Shopping.4 Results
We are currently running advertising activities in Google Ads and Meta Ads.The customer changed the platform for the site to the Ukrainian analogue Shopify.Thanks to the gradual transition and the preparation of the advertising office, we managed to make this moment useless for the customer’s business.After the transition, the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and the site increased.The budgets have also increased, thanks to the effective implementation of which we have been able to get out on the ROAS >500% per month from both traffic sources.

Online store of women's underwear with sales all over the world

Situation:
"Dallianse" already had sales on Facebook and Instagram. The client wanted to scale further and test Google Ads as a source of traffic to attract customers. It was important to attract new customers, because the store had a promoted brand from which sales were constantly coming.

What did I done:
1. Analysis
Conducted in-depth competitor analysis to understand the topic more deeply and collect keywords on competitors' brands to get some of their traffic. We analyzed the results from Facebook/Instagram Ads to understand which geo, which age, which gender and which triggers to use in creatives.
2. Preparing the account for launch
We set up Google Merchant Center, set up conversions for each stage of the funnel, connected triple veil to the Google Ads account.
We got banned a few days later because of the frankness of women's underwear. Unlocked Google Merchant Center, continued working on advertising.
3. Promotion
We set up search campaigns based on the brand of the store, based on the keywords by which the target audience searches and buys underwear, based on the names of competitors' stores.
We set up shopping only by brand to get conversions for brand campaigns as cheaply as possible.
Adjusted Performance Max campaigns, excluded the brand from them so that they focus on attracting new users. We used the option of automatically raising rates for new users.
4. Optimization
We disabled Performance Max for all products, because we did not receive a result that would correspond to the KPI. Products were segmented by income in order to set a separate rate for each separate segment of products.
Results:

In January, the customer wanted to move to a different form of advertising payment.In order not to waste time, we decided to create a second account, since to change the method of payment needed to stop the old for a certain time.In addition, the customer complained about a bad percentage of payment, and therefore it was necessary to change the tactics.I decided to give up the expanded targeting, which led to a significant decrease in costs and the amount of ice per day.However, thanks to the appearance of a second account I could test more hypotheses at the same time.The data of the remarketing auditors I transferred to both accounts so that they were taught each other, not parallel.In addition, the new office was to be optimized from 0, which significantly worsened the result for a certain period.Overall on the summit:

We have thoroughly analyzed the strengths of the service as well as the needs of the customers who have to close our service.In accordance with this, we created banner creatives that would fully transmit the value of the customer team.Also, a lot of work has been done for the optimization of the landing page, so that the advertising client is even more encouraged to leave the application.
The 2ndPromotion
The work began with setting up advertising campaigns that directed the customer to the landing page.Later, a campaign was added, in the framework of which a potential customer left the application just on Facebook.Specific auditories were immediately disabled, thanks to which we have reduced the reliability of false applications to the maximum.We also used the sounding auditories to make the people we need.3 .Optimization

I analyzed competitors to understand what approaches to advertising are already on the market.Also, with the dialogue with the customer I better understood the product, its characteristics and the target auditorium.The analysis was also submitted to the results of Facebook and Instagram ads.During the analysis of the site in the eyes was that it was built on the "Tilda" movement, which has a Russian origin.In addition, due to the characteristics of the site building, it was impossible to optimize it to link advertisements of the type "Shopping".On these, as well as some other, tasks were indicated to the customer, and we decided together to look for a way out of this situation.The 2ndPreparation for launch
The project was not previously advertised through Google Ads, so from scratch the tools needed to work were created and set up.Conversions were set through Google Tag Manager, all data was transmitted to Google Analytics.The text, the promotion strategy and the semantic core were submitted.3 .Promotion

After analyzing the effectiveness of all the campaigns, we decided to concentrate the budget on women’s products.They also created campaigns for the sale of new year packages, and gathered auditorium of people visiting websites similar to competitors.The main topic was the transition from "Tilda" and the connection of Shopping-campagnes.I paid attention to the proposal of the "Horoshop" movement, which has been in the fast and efficient transfer of online stores from "Tilda" to its platform.We decided to take advantage of the opportunity and launched the transition process.The Results:
