I take routine away from people and hand it to systems.

Not just a bot that replies to messages, but a system that actually starts the process: records the data, creates the task, sends the document, notifies the right person.

What I automate:

- Client work — intake and qualification of leads, instant reply, a ready record in your CRM, reminders and follow-ups.

- Internal processes — request handling, deadline tracking, task distribution, escalation before the deadline is missed.

- Data exchange between services — CRM, spreadsheets, email, messengers, inventory and accounting systems. Even if there's no ready-made connector, I'll write the integration myself.

- Data and reporting — collection, parsing, aggregation, dashboards instead of manual copying.

- AI where it's genuinely needed — free-text parsing, classification, call and correspondence analysis, agents that hand the manager an already qualified client.

This isn't a closed list. If a process is repetitive and lives in digital form, it can almost always be automated.

I don't assemble solutions from ready-made templates. I write business logic in JavaScript and Python, so the system does exactly what your process needs — not what a builder allows. It runs on your server or in your cloud account: access, data and keys stay with you.

I built my own website — it runs an AI agent that consults visitors, recognizes returning ones, and hands me a ready lead with a summary of the conversation. Content pipelines, dashboards, request-handling systems for clients — the same stack, just applied to different tasks.

One more thing: 9+ years selling on Amazon US under my own registered brand — so I look at a task from the business side, not just the code.

How I work: first I dig into your process and tell you straight what's worth automating and what isn't. We start with what hurts most — one block, a clear price, a clear deadline. Once it works and delivers, we build further. No "six-month projects" at the start.
