    How HELPER CRM Works

    Our team has developed a flexible and customizable CRM with all the necessary features to automate operations for companies in the beauty and health industry. Let’s take a look at the system’s main modules.
    - Customer database management. Information about the company’s customers is stored in a single database, which can be organized by branch. An individual profile is created for each client, including their personal details, visit history, and reviews.
    - Staff management. The salon administrator can set up personalized work schedules for each specialist, define the list of services they provide, and set their duration and cost.
    - Online booking. The online booking form operates completely independently and can be placed on the company’s website or social media. While filling out the form, the client can select the desired stylist, view their schedule and availability, and choose a convenient appointment time. Requests are processed instantly and automatically; the technician and the client receive corresponding notifications via SMS or Viber, and the time is booked in the employee’s schedule.
    - Inventory Management. The system fully automates inventory tracking, reducing the operational workload on staff and allowing them to devote more time to customers.
    - Accounting. The interface enables management of financial reporting for salon branches and allows for control over all expenses. Additionally, a module for payroll accounting has been implemented.
    - Payroll calculation. The administrator can set a daily rate for each technician, choosing either a percentage or a fixed amount for the service provided. Based on this data, the system automatically calculates payroll according to the technician’s workload.
    - Loyalty program management. Using CRM capabilities, salons can launch flexible and customizable loyalty programs, issue discount cards, and conduct other marketing activities, which significantly increases foot traffic.
    - Notification system. The automated notification system helps businesses interact more effectively with their audience. For example, it can be used to send a client a reminder about an upcoming visit, notify them of a promotion, or inform them about bonus accruals.
  • SimbaMars

    Gaming Apps
    SimbaMars is a project that combines the blockchain economy, play-to-earn models, and Telegram’s native Mini App mechanics. It is an ecosystem where every user action is converted into cryptocurrency assets.

    SimbaMars features several interaction models, each of which is part of the play-to-earn economy:
    - Shake-to-Earn — a unique mechanic that converts smartphone movement into tokens.
    - A mini-game with blockchain rewards — a space-themed arcade game where top players earn TON.
    - TON Wallet inside Telegram — direct crediting of crypto rewards to the wallet without third-party services, installations, or registrations.

    All of this works directly within Telegram Mini Apps — fast, native, and with no barriers for Web3 newcomers.

    From a technical standpoint, this is an example of how to combine a Python backend, blockchain wallet integration, and the Telegram ecosystem:

    3D Modeling
    An interactive apartment designer in 2D floor plan format (top view) has been developed for real estate and interior design. This solution demonstrates how a modern space design tool can work: the user independently creates an apartment plan, manages rooms, arranges furniture, and configures object parameters in the browser.

    The designer is aimed at developers, interior designers, real estate agencies, and housing search platforms.

    Users can build an apartment floor plan from scratch or edit an existing one:
    - add and remove rooms
    - set room dimensions
    - change shape and layout
    - customize walls, doors, and windows
    Each element is displayed on the floor plan and edited in real time.

    The designer supports switching from a 2D floor plan to 3D visualization mode. With a single click, users can switch from the floor plan (top view) to a 3D representation of the apartment and view the created layout in space.

    The 3D mode is automatically generated based on the assembled 2D floor plan:
    - the room structure is preserved
    - walls, openings, windows, and doors are correctly displayed
    - all added furniture is transferred to the scene
    - the dimensions and proportions of objects are taken into account

    This allows you to move from technical planning to a visual perception of the project and significantly simplifies decision-making.
  • CAD/CPQ system for kitchen production

    3D Modeling
    The AVADA MEDIA team has developed a CAD/CPQ system for kitchen manufacturing—a demo solution that automates the entire process: from creating 2D drawings to generating a commercial proposal with an accurate cost estimate. The system combines the capabilities of a configurator, a CAD system, and a CPQ system, creating a single digital tool for sales and production.

    The system allows users to design a kitchen from scratch or based on ready-made templates. In 2D mode, the user creates a floor plan, placing walls, doors, windows, and kitchen modules. All elements have precise dimensions and coordinates, enabling the creation of technically accurate drawings.

    A 3D scene runs in parallel—it renders in real time and instantly reflects all changes. The user immediately sees how the kitchen will look after changing the configuration, materials, or dimensions.

    Once the configuration is complete, the system automatically generates a PDF document containing:
    - 2D drawings;
    - 3D visualization;
    - technical parameters;
    - material specifications;
    - total cost.

    This document can be sent directly to the client or to production—without any additional preparation.
  • AI contact recognition module for CRM

    AI & Machine Learning
    The AI contact recognition module allows you to convert offline interactions into structured leads within your CRM without manual input.

    The solution is integrated into the AvadaCRM interface and works via camera: the user takes a photo of the data carrier, after which the system extracts contact information, creates a ready-made lead card, and additionally saves the source image in the chat with that contact.

    The module processes not only business cards but also any media — banners, flyers, packaging, presentations, device screens, documents, and advertising materials. AI analyzes the data structure and automatically distributes it across CRM fields.

    AI & Machine Learning
    An AI agent for analyzing telephone conversations has been implemented into the CRM system.

    After the call ends, the audio recording is automatically saved to the call card. The administrator can launch an analysis by clicking the "AI Call Analysis" button.

    Once launched, the agent performs several processing steps:
    - receives an audio recording of the conversation
    - converts audio into text transcription
    - analyzes the dialogue between the client and the employee
    - evaluates the conversation according to given criteria
    - generates a brief analytical report

    The analysis results are displayed directly in the call card and are available to managers and employees.

    CRM of the FOROSTINA company is equipped with many innovative functions and capabilities, thanks to which it automates most routine processes and reduces the burden on employees. Let's consider the main modules of the system.

    Information panel. Here are summarized business statistics, including data on income, expenses, analysis of orders and customer debts for a certain period of time.
    Order. Monitoring and management of all current orders.
    Catalog. User interface with the company's product catalog, where cards of all products are available with the ability to view and, if necessary, edit data.
    Clients. A centralized database of all the company's customers, which provides an opportunity to track the complete history of interaction with each customer.
    Storage. A module for managing product stocks in the company's warehouse.
    Work with finances. An interface for tracking and managing all financial transactions in the FOROSTINA company.
    Personnel management. A tool for effective personnel management with an interactive calendar of working time. In this interface, the manager can monitor information about the performance of employees, analyzing the volume of work performed by them during the reporting period.
    Production statistics. A module for tracking the volume of manufactured products with the possibility of exporting data in xls format.
