Residential building with approx. 170 square meters of living space, solid construction with clinker facade and pitched roof.
Task:
1. transfer of the existing as-built drawings of the house and garage (floor plans/views/sections) into ArchiCad 26 as 3D BIM.
2. transmission of the created .pln/.pla to the client
A layout of the drawings is not required.
To avoid compatibility problems, it is desirable to enter the project in a German ArchiCAD 26 version.
1. to estimate the effort involved, a PDF of another project is provided to show how the result should look later.
