Вы не работали на самых больших мировых биржах фриланса? Задача там зачастую ставится типа "Нужен 3д моделер" или "Нужен визуализатор" и все больше никаких объяснений. И под проектом 150 откликов и заказчик из этих 150 выбирает , по лишь ему одному ведомым причинам, один. Дальше кандидату дают ТЗ, согласовывают стоимость и сроки. И проекты выполняются, как ни странно, не смотря на отсутствие полного ТЗ в описании проекта, и оплаты проводят и отзывы и все это вот. И никто не требует точного, дословного ТЗ. Кто мешает сделать произвольную минимальную или среднюю ставку? Кто мешает изменить стоимость выполнения перед принятием проекта, после ознакомления с ТЗ? ТЗ которое заказчик предоставит понравившемуся кандидату. Кандидату у которого лучше, по его мнению портфолио, резюме или в конце концов фото на аве. Вы все вроде как взрослые люди и должны уже были понять простую истину " Никто и ничего вам не должен!"

"Никто и ничего вам не должен! " -вообщето должен, клиент должен дать четкое тз на случай арбитража. Также клент долженекономить и свое и наше время написав четкое ТЗ. а фраза "вам ничего не должньі" -єто совковая фраза -забудь ее..

ставишь какую то ставку. Тебе присылают что то нереально большое и времязатратное.
ты ему говоришь - это будет стоить столько то, а он тебе: "чего это вдруг ты поднял цену? ты же поставил ставку, я хочу работать по этой низкой"у меня такое уже 100 раз было, так я теперь прошу ТЗ и что скажу стоимость потом.
