3D video 30 seconds, 6 scenes

Hello, we are looking for a 3D animation performer (not AI!).

Immediately sending the information so you can review the project and provide a budget for it.

Timeline: 5-6 weeks.

Duration: we want 15 seconds, but realistically see it close to 30 seconds (it seems it will be around 30 because everything is very dynamic in the script).  And many scenes, I think.  There might be a feeling of dizziness due to such scene changes. The client wrote the script himself.  We translated the document for understanding. Below is the text. Also, I am attaching a storyboard file in the attachment.

SCENARIO

"Mastery begins with health"

15-second video — Grupa LUX MED (up to 30 seconds)

Frame 1 (time: 00:02)

Description:

Aleksandra Król-Walas, in giant form, walks down the street, dressed in sportswear, carrying a snowboard on her shoulder. She turns around, looks into the camera, and leaves.

Behind her – a gust of cold wind, which we will call "little wind".

Location: Warsaw, cool morning

Sound: City noise, calm music

Frame 2 (time: 00:02)

Description:

The little wind moves over the Vistula River, which turns into an icy surface (in post-production).

On the frozen river — a dynamic short-track scene. The giant athlete skates at high speed, passing the camera.

Location: Warsaw, boulevards over the Vistula

Sound: Music speeds up, skates' whistling heard

Frame 3 (time: 00:02)

Description:

The little wind twists behind the departing athlete and moves to a characteristic street in Warsaw (for example, ul. Marszałkowska).

A giant athlete on curling skates slides along the roadway. He releases a huge "iron" (curling stone), which rushes down the street past the camera.

Opposite — giants with brooms sweeping the icy road (like in curling).

Location: Warsaw, busy street

Sound: Dynamic music, curling sounds

Frame 4 (time: 00:02)

Description:

The little wind escapes from under the broom and moves to the Szensliwiczka Hill (górka szczesliwicka), transformed into a winter slope.

On it, Aleksandra Król-Walas skis down on a snowboard, suddenly brakes — snow sprays into the camera.

Location: Warsaw, Szensliwiczka Hill (note: this is a snowboard hill located in the city center, where you can go snowboarding. In the video, I understand the visual should match the real hill)...

Please review whether you can implement such a project. Regarding scene dynamics — we have already informed the client that 15 seconds for 6 scenes is very fast. They may agree to change the duration for better perception of the video. They are still discussing this.

Three things I need:

1. Please provide your price for this project. We want a 3D video, not AI.

2. Aleksandra Król-Walas will come to Warsaw for a photo shoot on July 11. We need to understand what materials you require to execute this project?

3. We really need examples. Something you have done in a similar style.
