Mail Wizards is an email marketing agency that works with ecommerce brands to increase their revenue through email. We're looking for a personable, English-fluent Account Manager to own all client communication.
You'll be the face of the agency — the person clients talk to, trust, and rely on. You won't be doing the backend email work (that's our Project Manager), but you need to understand it well enough to translate between clients and your team.
What you'll do:
— Be the primary point of contact for all clients
— Run client calls, send updates, manage expectations
— Relay client requests and feedback to the Project Manager, copywriter, and designer
— Handle basic technical tasks (API key integrations, Klaviyo/Omnisend setup)
— Communicate results and wins back to clients
— Identify upsell opportunities and support retention
What we're looking for:
— Fluent Russian - we have a Russian speaking team
— Fluent English (C1+) — this is non-negotiable, you'll be talking with US/EU clients daily
— Natural communicator / extrovert — you genuinely enjoy talking to people and building relationships
— 1+ year experience with Klaviyo, Omnisend, or similar ESP
— Basic technical ability (API keys, platform integrations)
— Ideally some Figma experience
— Comfortable with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT)
— Shopify experience and sales skills are a plus
