Основные обязанности:
- сопровождение и поддержка клиентов и пользователей
- обработка заявок от клиентов и распределение по соответствующим отделам
- контроль за сроком решения заявок от пользователей
- ведение документов по проектам
- налаживание двусторонней коммуникации с пользователями
