Court support: I will submit documents to the court (via "Electronic Court" or by mail) and monitor the progress of the case until a decision is made. I am a confident user of the register of court decisions and other state registers.
Execution: After the decision comes into legal force, I will obtain an enforcement order and prepare a statement for the opening of enforcement proceedings. I will monitor the entry of data into the Unified Register of Debtors.
