Akeeba Backup НЕ делает полную резервную копию сайта
Суть проблемы: на сайте установлена Akeeba Backup 4.7.4, Joomla 2.5.8, создано несколько профилей резервного копирования:
- Резервная копия главной базы данных + выгрузка в гугл драйв – работает корректно
- Полна резервная копия сайта + выгрузка в гугл драйв – работает НЕ корректно
Что происходит:
Akeeba Backup не хочет делать полной резервной копии сайта, в настройках выставляю бекап всего сайта (файлы + база), включаю бекап, на этапе упаковки файлов он как бы прерывается и пропускает этот шаг, в итоге архив бекапа делает, но в нем только папка Instalation, та которая нужна для разворачивания архива и после восстановления сайта сама акиба эту папку удаляет, но файлов сайта в архиве (jpa) нет. Прикол в том, что я развернул тестовый сайт на таймвеб (на другом хостинге) и там акиба нормально пакует, а с этими же настройками на этом же сайте, но на основном серваке не хочет работать корректно. версия php одинаковая.
Есть подозрения: что компоненты не хватает каких-то прав и когда доходит до этапа упаковки файлов он как бы пропускает этот шаг.
Нужно разобраться в чем проблема и пофиксить этот баг.
