Amo -CRM

Hello. I need a specialist in amoCRM to implement CRM in the Help.de project (services). The team consists of up to 5 people: sales department + technical support + coordinator. It is necessary to set up processes so that employees do not forget anything: checklists, tasks, deadlines, reminders, overdue control, and reports.

What needs to be done:

1. Set up funnels and stages for sales and technical support.

2. Create a checklist at each stage and auto-create tasks with deadlines.

3. Set up reminders and escalation to the coordinator in case of overdue tasks.

4. Connect Telegram for notifications to the team/coordinator (new lead, overdue, changes in the deal).

5. Connect Facebook (Lead Ads or applications) in amoCRM for the sales department.

6. Connect telephony so that calls are recorded in the client/deal card.

7. Set up reports for the coordinator: overdue tasks, employee workload, status of deals/tasks.

Result:
CRM works as a controller: it creates tasks by itself, reminds, records communications, the coordinator sees overdue tasks and reports, leads from Facebook go into CRM, calls are linked to the card.

Budget: 150 € (a simple working MVP is needed without complications).
Deadline: 5–10 working days.

Important:
If paid connectors/widgets are needed for Telegram/Facebook/telephony — agree in advance (their subscriptions are separate, if required).
