Android application with CameraX usage

The application is ready at the Proof of Concept level. A specialist in Android is needed for consultations and further development.
The project is quite simple, but I need a specialist specifically in Android, as I lack experience.
The project is on Kotlin, Android Studio.
I used samples from the official GitHub of Snapchat Camera Kit

The Android application takes a token and other data to work with the Snapchat server - this is all configured from the templates I provided above.
The main problem is that the board on Android does not always launch the application correctly, although everything works perfectly on a regular phone. There were errors with access to the Front/Back camera, but this is not a mobile phone; there is an External camera, and I access it through CameraX.
The current problem is that the camera launches but without effects from Snapchat.

Андроід додаток бере токен, та решту данних для роботи з сервара Snapchat - це все налашторвано, з тих темплейтів які я надав вище.
Основна проблема є в тому що плата на андроід не завжди запускає додаток коректно, хоча на звичайному телефоні все чудово. Були помилки з доступом до Front/Back камери, але це не мобільний телефон, там External camera, і доступ до неї я отримую через CameraX.
Зараз проблема в тому, що камера запускається але без ефектів від Snapchat.
