Анимания на web страничке с колесом розыгрыша (pyton или php+hode.js)
Нужно нарисовать и реализовать красивое колесо розыгрыша призов.
Эта страничка будет вызываться из чат-бота с параметром-идентификатором сессии. В параметрах нужно зашифровать список индексов призов (картинки призов и их описание размещаются json файле параметров для странички (или в других параметрах) и приза, а также опционально эффект, и индекс приза.
Колесо нужно "запустить" пальцем (право-влево) или кнопкой н колесе, и должно прокрутиться красиво.

После окончания - появляется кнопка - получить приз!
И страничка вызывает call-back с идентификатором сессии (что позволяет оповестить о призе).
Оплачивается вся работа:
- анимация, адаптированная в том числе и под мобильные устройства
- back-end часть (пример вызова, и отработка call-back) - лучше pyton 3, но допускается node.js+php
