Project Description:
Oddajtusz.pl is a project combining eco-friendly and social activities – we collect used printer cartridges, and part of the profits are allocated to support foundations helping young people fight depression. Our main target group is people aged 16–22 – mainly high school students and young adults. We mainly communicate through TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
The graphics and animations will focus on two characters – CMYKa and Canon. CMYKa is a young, well-paid guy who likes to showcase his expensive gadgets and has a casual, “bro” and direct communication style. His girlfriend Canon appears to be a stereotypical young girl who focuses on her appearance, but in opposition to CMYKa, she will encourage our clients to donate money for empty cartridges to charity.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a creative 2D graphic designer / animator for ongoing collaboration, who:
- understands youth visual language,
- can create simple, dynamic animations (e.g., for TikTok and Reels),
- will help us develop a consistent brand style,
- knows social media communication principles (clarity, formats, CTA, proportions).
Scope of cooperation (monthly):
- 8 static graphics – 2 per week (Instagram/TikTok/Facebook),
- 4 short animations (max 10–15 seconds) – 1 per week,
- Materials in social media formats,
- Constant contact and feedback possibility.
Stylistic expectations:
- Color scheme can reference CMYK colors but without overdoing it – important lightness and freshness
- Topics: inks, recycling, zero waste, youth dilemmas, self-irony
Form of cooperation:
- Permanent B2B contract or billing based on monthly invoice or contract for specific work
- Remote work
- Feedback and communication via Slack or email
- Material delivery time: max 2 working days from brief
Budget:
Please propose a fee for 1 week of work, i.e., 2 static graphics for posts and 1 short animation.
