Hello, I do almost everything, 15+ years of experience, if you could show the logo - I could roughly outline what can be done, different options are possible depending on the budget, a simple appearance of elements with a running glare (classic) can be done for 900, but especially if it's a complex and interesting logo, it can be designed for 10,000.. Usually, especially for your theme (not IT, not an animation studio, so you don't need something super complex) something basic is needed for 900 + a small touch, a highlight that somehow resonates with the theme of food, cats, etc.. this is closer to 2000 UAH, the difficulty lies in coming up with it, and the implementation can and should be simple.. we need the logo, it will suggest..
If sound is needed (sound adds a lot of effect) then maybe it will be something in sound rather than graphic.. either the sound of rustling food being poured.. or purring.. although you also have dogs.. maybe little paws (tracks) will run, maybe somewhere whiskers or a tail..
I indicated the price for such an optimal budget option with sound in the bid, the timeline may be a bit longer, depending on availability and how urgent you are, if it's urgent it will be more expensive (if I take it on)
