Idea
I think that on the main page, in the very top section, it would be worth trying to add some particles that come together to create a working look of an IT company office (someone is searching for something, someone is writing on a board, computers, branded clothing, etc.). It should NOT be an abstraction, but something concrete related to IT processes, and more specifically - development.
I tried to depict the picture from my head in Paint - for example, we can make it so that among the items there are: a conference table, a sign on the right that shimmers with a gradient, a bookshelf, a computer desk, a small flower pot, we can also place a pineapple with glasses (this is our mascot, our local feature). Next, regarding the animation itself, I think like this: a person initially sits at the computer coding something, then goes to the bookshelf, flips through a few pages of a book, and returns to their place (and this repeats every 10-15 seconds), near the conference table there are several people, two are talking to each other, two are sitting at the table discussing something or looking, and in parallel with all this, the sign shimmers with a gradient.
