Animate the logo for the site on WP
Have it start out WITHOUT the orange square so that you can see the letter O in "iron."
Have the word Iron drop from the sky and subtly bounce into place like something dropped from the sky on to a surface. Then the word Rebel falls on top of the word Iron, with the word Iron compressing a bit as though it "absorbed" the momentum from Rebel.
Then, spread out the word IR - move the IR to the left and the N to the right.
The orange panel Without rivets falls into place to cover the O.
Then the four rivets are put in place (they start longer and are screwed in - quickly, the way a race car tires are handled). If it's difficult to make that work, we could consider an animated guy moving things around and screwing in rivets. Or any additional creative thoughts you might have!
All the elements of the logo are.
