Briefly about what needs to be done:
Using the Solscan API, check for new meme coins that have been created every 15 seconds.
About 20 are created per minute. Each new meme coin is checked only once to avoid unnecessary requests later. It might be worth storing them in memory to avoid repeated checks in future requests!
For each new meme coin, we find out the wallet number from which the meme coin was created via the API request.
Using the API request, we find out how many more meme coins have been created by this wallet. We are specifically interested in those created coins that end with “pump”
Then we check these meme coins that were created earlier by this developer via the API request - whether liquidity has been removed from them. We check them one by one.
If during the check such a meme coin is found (from which liquidity has been removed) - then we send a message via the Telegram bot to the Telegram channel with the address of the meme coin that was created (which was indicated at the very beginning).
