Dmitry, I will help you quickly understand the current Next.js project: I will conduct a technical review, assess the structure, code quality, and prioritize improvements. I have 7 years of experience in web development, including with TypeScript, SSR, and working with other people's codebases. I will separately check performance, mobile layout, forms, the admin panel, and integrations, and then propose a clear improvement plan. I am ready to discuss the details and start with the audit.

Hello! I work with the following stack — Next.js 15, React 19, TS, Tailwind, Redux Toolkit, Prisma, and I have integrated Stripe. I can come in, review the structure and SSR speed, and then fix and refine as we go. Can you tell me if the work is hourly or based on specific tasks? From that, I will estimate the format.

I can start with a technical review of the existing Next.js project: check the structure of the App Router, separation of Server/Client Components, SSR and caching, TypeScript, forms and Zod, Redux, API integrations, authorization, mobile adaptation, performance, technical SEO, build, and deployment process. Based on the results, I will provide a list of issues with priorities, risks, and a clear plan for fixes.

Do I understand correctly that at the first stage, it is important for you to receive not a general code review, but to understand which issues are already affecting stability, speed, and further development, which changes can be made safely, and which require separate refactoring or a testing environment?

Timelines, cost of the review, and the format of further work will be discussed in private correspondence after reviewing the repository, project structure, package.json, Next.js configuration, deployment method, available logs, list of known issues, external integrations, and the presence of a staging environment.

The first step of the audit: bundle-analyzer + Lighthouse for basic metrics, then prioritize based on the weight of issues. In Next.js 15, fetch() is not cached by default (no-store instead of force-cache from v14); if the project has migrated, pages may have quietly become fully dynamic. Prisma queries are not covered by fetch cache; for caching between requests, unstable_cache with explicit tags under revalidateTag is needed. Another common point: params and searchParams in App Router are now Promises; synchronous access gives a warning or breaks rendering. From which version of Next.js did the project start?

Good day.

The categories of web programming and JavaScript are indicated absolutely correctly. This is the ideal tech stack for your task.

I am ready to take your project for support and improvement. I have excellent practical experience working with Next.js 15, React 19, and TypeScript. I have a great understanding of the features of App Router and the logic of server-side rendering.

In the first stage, I will conduct a complete audit of the current architecture, assess the quality of the written code, and the operation of Redux Toolkit along with the Prisma database. After that, I will compile a detailed list of bottlenecks for optimizing page load speed and fixing errors.

I can quickly and carefully understand someone else's code. I will check the correct setup of JWT authorization, Stripe payments, and Mailgun email distributions without breaking the current functionality. I will definitely test the responsiveness of the interface on mobile devices and implement the necessary technical SEO adjustments.

Good day, Dmitriy!

The task is clear: we need not just a Next.js developer "for fixes," but a person who will carefully enter an already functioning project, quickly understand the architecture, and provide a clear technical picture — what has been done well, where the risks are, and what needs to be corrected first.

I can approach this in exactly that format.

At the first stage, I suggest:
— conducting a review of the project structure and key modules;
— checking the quality of implementation on Next.js 15 / React 19 / TypeScript;
— separately examining SSR, App Router, page loading, and performance bottlenecks;

Ready to connect to your Next.js project and help with improvements. I see the stack — Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Prisma, and JWT/Stripe. This is a working set that I use every day.

I will understand the existing code without problems — App Router, server components, data structure in Prisma. I will refine the authorization logic via JWT and the payment flow in Stripe if there are any unresolved stages. I will organize the styles in Tailwind — it will be clean and responsive.

I work in stages: first, I look at what is there, agree on a plan for changes, and then make adjustments. This way, you see the process and control the outcome.

I am currently completely free — I can start today. Please write the key points for changes — and I will draft a plan of action.

Working stack: Next.js 15 on App Router, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind, Redux Toolkit, Zod, Prisma — I work with this constantly.

I suggest starting exactly as you described — with a technical audit. I will go through the repository and identify issues by layers: boundaries of server/client components and correctness of SSR, caching and revalidation in App Router, bundle size and loading waterfall (LCP/TTFB), forms and Zod schemas, server actions and integrations (Stripe, JWT, Google API), mobile layout, technical SEO (metadata, sitemap, robots, canonical). The output will be a prioritized list: critical / important / improvements, with an estimate of labor costs for each item. We will agree on further work based on this.

I work carefully with the live site: changes through separate branches and preview deploys, without risk to the working version.

Hello, Dmitry! I am ready to join your project on Next.js.

I work with Next.js 15, React 19, and TypeScript, and I can easily understand other people's code — I grasp the nuances of App Router, SSR/RSC, and server actions. From your stack, I am familiar with Prisma, JWT authorization, Stripe, and integrations through Google APIs / Mailgun.

I suggest starting exactly with the first stage, as you described: conducting a technical review of the project and providing a prioritized list of changes — what is critical (bugs, form and authorization security), what affects performance (unnecessary re-renders, non-optimal queries, hydration), and what should be improved in terms of code quality and SEO. For each point — a clear explanation of the problem and a proposed solution, not just "rewrite."

One question to assess more accurately: where is the site currently deployed — Vercel or Netlify, and will I have access to the repository and staging environment for the review? This will determine whether I can check changes without risking the live site.

I am ready to show examples of live working projects right in the correspondence. For the first stage — technical review + priority list in 3 days; further ongoing development will be assessed based on the results of the review.

Budget: 15000 USD Deadline: 5 days

For the first stage, we can start with a review in 5 working days, budget - 15,000 UAH. Here, it is important not just to have a list of comments, but the order of changes - what to fix before the release, what can be postponed, where there is a risk for speed, SSR, forms, admin panels, and integrations.

Regarding Next.js 15, React 19, TypeScript, and App Router, the work is specialized. I would start with a review of the repository, assembly, routes, server components, Zod schemas, Redux Toolkit state, forms, authorization, payments, and deployment. After the review, we will provide a prioritized list of corrections with estimates, and then we can proceed with tasks iteratively, without making abrupt changes to the existing site.

> Please clarify if there is access to the repository, Vercel or Netlify logs, and the list of current errors.
> Are there already speed measurements - Lighthouse, Web Vitals, Sentry, or analogs?

Hello! The categories are spot on — Next.js 15 and React 19 are tightly focused on JS/TS and web development. The task is completely clear. I am well acquainted with the features of Next.js App Router, SSR, validation through Zod, and state management with Redux Toolkit. I understand how important it is to work carefully with an already launched and functioning project to avoid breaking anything.
Here’s how I propose to structure the first phase:
1. Technical audit: I will connect to the repository, understand the architecture, check the quality of server-side rendering (SSR), code cleanliness, and mobile adaptation.
2. Report and priorities: I will prepare a simple and clear list of identified issues and bottlenecks (regarding performance, bugs, and SEO). We will categorize them into critical (what needs to be fixed right now) and planned.
3. Fixes: We will gradually address the top-priority bugs and move on to site development (integrations, forms, admin panel).
Preliminary estimate for the first phase (full audit + fixing the first 2-3 critical bugs):
Budget: 5,000 – 7,000 UAH (further tasks and support will be assessed as we go).
Timeline: 3–5 days for a thorough review and initial fixes.

Good day, Dmitry!

I looked at your website from the outside and found two real bugs during a quick check, both confirmed by direct inspection of the source code, not assumptions. This is what can be seen in 5 minutes at the surface level; a full review will surely uncover more.

First: on the pages /rv-upholstery-in-austin, /boat-upholstery-in-austin, /aircraft-upholstery-in-austin, the canonical tag points to a different address (/rv-upholstery, /boat-upholstery, /aircraft-upholstery), and that address redirects back. Sitemap.xml and canonical on the same page argue about which URL is correct, which signals confusion to Google during indexing.

Second, more serious: all 8 application form pages (/select-service and one for each category, from furniture to aviation) return the same title and description "Leather Sofa & Handbag Repair," while all of them are open for indexing. For example, the aviation upholstery application page appears in search as about sofas and bags. It seems that the title on this route is taken from a hardcoded default rather than generated for the category. For the search engine, this results in 8 indistinguishable duplicate pages instead of eight targeted ones.

I work with the stack (Next.js 15 App Router, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind, Zod, Redux Toolkit, Prisma, JWT, Stripe, Mailgun, Google APIs) without restrictions, including common traps for Next.js 15: fetch() is no longer cached by default if the project has migrated from version 14, some pages may have silently become fully dynamic, and params and searchParams in App Router are now Promises; synchronous access to them either breaks rendering or gives a silent warning.

Hello, Dmitry.

I ran lerega.com before writing, so below are measurements, not promises.

First, about what you have in order, this is also part of the response.

SSR works. The server delivers 290 KB of ready HTML: h1, service texts, and FAQ are already inside, down to a single line of JS. The same goes for internal pages, headers X-Nextjs-Prerender: 1 and X-Vercel-Cache: HIT, meaning the pages are prerendered and served from the edge cache. If someone tells you that the site has effectively become an SPA and SSR is broken, check for yourself: curl on the main page, all content is there. The confusion is typical: in the App Router there is no __NEXT_DATA__, instead, there is self.__next_f, and those looking for the old marker see "SPA."

The speed is normal: TTFB 191 ms, first contentful paint 852 ms, full load 1.77 s on mobile emulation. The markup is done seriously: FAQPage, Service, Offer, LocalBusiness on city pages, address, working hours, rating. I won’t sell you "we'll speed it up and boost SEO," there’s nothing to easily pick up.

Hello! Regarding the Next.js 15 review, first, I will look at the boundary between server/client components: most often, speed and SSR suffer due to unnecessary "use client" at the root of the tree and data being pulled on the client instead of server components. I will check the caching of fetch and revalidate in the App Router, duplicate requests, and the size of the client bundle. I will also take a separate look at Stripe to ensure that webhooks are received with the raw body; otherwise, the signature won't match, and payments will be silently lost. In the end, I will send a list of corrections prioritized by what impacts speed and what is risky to leave as is. I can provide a free walkthrough of the approach in private messages and show a couple of bottlenecks directly in your code. I look forward to collaborating.

1. Although you should have SSR, it actually seems to be SPA judging by the page resources. This concerns SEO.
2. Evaluate the structure and quality of the code - this point raises many questions based on my first point.
3. Fix errors and improve the current functionality - while browsing the site, I noticed a couple of obvious issues, minor, but a full analysis will show where the problems lie.

Regarding all other points, everything ultimately hinges on SSR - which apparently is not working correctly.

On the surface - support and gradually improve the existing site.

This is not a problem; the only question is understanding the scope of work.

Hello! Support, auditing, and gradual scaling of an already launched project is a great task. When the project is built on the latest stack (Next.js 15 and React 19), it is critically important to ensure that new features do not break backward compatibility and that server components (RSC) are used efficiently without overloading the client bundle.
As a Senior Full-Stack developer with over 6 years of commercial experience specifically with the Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Redux Toolkit ecosystem, I specialize in optimizing architecture and refactoring others' code.
Here’s how I will structure the first phase of work (Technical Audit):
1. Architecture and RSC Analysis: I will check the structure of the App Router. I will ensure that Server Components and Client Components are properly separated, data is requested on the server directly through Prisma (without unnecessary internal API calls), and Redux Toolkit is used only where global client state is truly needed.
2. Security and Authorization Check: I will conduct a review of JWT authorization and middleware. I will check the validation of input data through Zod in Server Actions / API Routes to eliminate vulnerabilities.
3. Core Web Vitals and SSR Optimization: I will check the caching strategies of Next.js 15, optimization of images, fonts, and third-party scripts (Stripe, Google APIs). The goal is to achieve maximum loading speed and stable rendering without layout shifts (CLS) on mobile devices.
4. Integrations and Forms: I will verify the correctness of handling Stripe webhooks, the logic of sending emails through Mailgun, and the operation of server functions on Vercel/Netlify.
Responses to your requirements:
Platform and stack: Full compliance. I regularly work with Next.js 15, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind, Zod, RTK, Prisma, and payment gateways.
Work format: I act as carefully as possible. Any changes are first tested locally and on the staging branch, deployment to production only after complete testing and agreement with you.

I am interested in your offer, especially because it is not a one-time task, but an opportunity for long-term collaboration and product development.

I work with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, REST API, and have experience in developing full-stack applications. I have also worked with forms, authentication, third-party service integrations, performance optimization, and responsiveness.

I am comfortable working with existing projects: analyzing someone else's code, identifying problem areas, fixing bugs, and gradually improving the architecture without unnecessary changes. I always try not just to fix a bug, but to understand its cause and propose an optimal solution.

I am ready to start with a technical review of the project, provide a list of priority improvements, and further support and develop the site. I would be happy to become part of the team and work on the project on a permanent basis.

Hello! I am ready to start with the technical review of the project on Next.js 15 / React 19 / TypeScript: to check the structure of the App Router, SSR, typing, Redux state, forms, and integrations, and then create a prioritized list of issues with an assessment of fixes. I will make changes gradually to avoid disrupting the functioning of the existing site. Please let me know if there is currently a critical error or section that needs to be checked first? A quick first step would be to deploy the project, check the build, and prepare a brief audit with priorities.

Hello!

My stack is completely mine - Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Redux Toolkit, plus experience with FastAPI/Python on the backend, Docker, WebSockets, and integrations (Twilio, payment APIs, Google APIs).

What I can do in the first stage:
1. review the project structure, assess the architecture of components, data handling (Prisma/Zod schemas, if any), and the quality of typing;
2. check the SSR/CSR balance, where rendering can be moved to the server for speed;
3. look at Core Web Vitals, mobile adaptation, forms, and external integrations;
4. compile a list of priority issues with clear explanations — what is critical, what can be postponed.

Hello.

According to the project description, you need not just a developer for Next.js, but someone who has experience supporting already functioning projects in production, can quickly understand such a project, grasp its actual state, and safely continue the development process without unnecessary experiments.

I have already held such a role in the express delivery service project QWQER.lv.

I joined the product 4 years ago, which already existed and had been developed earlier by other developers. On the first day, I was simply given access to the project—without documentation and without a detailed immersion. The first task was to understand the architecture and codebase, conduct a technical audit, identify key problem areas, assess the volume of technical debt, and propose a phased implementation plan.

After that, I gradually refactored the system, fixed bugs, wrote documentation, and added new functionality without breaking the working service.

Hello! My tech stack (Next.js 15, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind, Zod, Prisma, Redux) perfectly matches your project. My level is Middle+, and I work closely with App Router and SSR optimization.
The main benefit for you is that I can quickly and accurately understand someone else's code, refactor, and implement features without breaking what already works.
Relevant experience:
artmastermops.net.ua — complete migration to Next.js, deep technical SEO, development of a responsive admin panel, and payment setup.
paymex.io — fintech project with strict typing, JWT authorization, and complex integrations with external APIs (Google Sheets).
my-fitness-club.com — development of a complex custom CRM system with PWA.
Plan for the first stage (Audit):
1. I study the architecture, state management, and interaction with the database (Prisma).
2. I analyze bottlenecks: quality of server rendering, loading speed, and display on mobile devices.
3. I create a clear report and roadmap of priority technical fixes.

Good day!
I saw your task and immediately became interested — I specialize in Next.js 15 (App Router, Server Actions, React Server Components) and have significant experience migrating projects from plain JavaScript (or old React) to modern Next.js.

In the past year, I have successfully transferred several projects from vanilla JS to Next.js 15+. I know how to properly organize:
• App Router + Server Components
• Performance optimization (Turbopack, Partial Prerendering, caching strategies)
• State, routes, API, SEO migration
• Transition to TypeScript (if needed)
• Configuring SSR/SSG/ISR for your tasks
For me, this is not just about “moving code,” but making the architecture modern, fast, easy to maintain, and scalable.

Hi Dmitriy,

This is my exact daily stack, so I'll talk about the audit rather than list technologies back to you.

When I audit a Next.js 15 App Router project, the issues usually cluster in a few predictable places, and that's where I'd start:
- Server and client component boundaries: unnecessary "use client" high in the tree that quietly kills SSR and ships too much JS to the browser
- Data fetching in the wrong place: client-side fetches that should be server components or route handlers, which hurts both load speed and SEO
- Redux Toolkit with SSR: hydration mismatches and state that's initialized on the client when it should come from the server, a common source of flicker and bugs
- Prisma query efficiency: N+1 patterns and missing indexes behind slow pages
- Zod coverage and JWT handling: where validation and auth are thin or inconsistent

Hello!
The task is clear, and I have experience. I suggest starting with a technical review. I will check the architecture of the App Router, Server and Client Components, SSR, caching, hydration, performance, TypeScript types, etc.
I will check the working site as carefully as possible through the repository and test environment to eliminate risk for production.
Before we start collaborating, I can perform a small part of the review for free. For example, I can check the structure of the App Router or one problematic page and show the first found issues. If this approach suits you, we will continue with the full review and further development.
To assess the first stage, I will need access to the repository and information on where the project is currently deployed.

We already have a nearly ready process for reviewing and refining next.js projects with admin panels, forms, and integrations; it can be quickly adapted to your site, and we can discuss the details in the marketplace chat, I'm available.
We can start with the first stage - technical review, risk map, quick fixes, and priorities for further development.
The timeline is approximately 4 working days, and the budget for the first stage is 12,000 UAH.
After gaining access to the repository, I will carefully check the structure, server-side rendering, performance, forms, mobile display, authorization, and integrations.
At the same time, we can connect AI code review - it helps to quickly find recurring errors, weak points in types, dependencies, and data processing.
I need to clarify - will the repository be open for review, or do we start with the archive?
And the second question - in the first stage, do we need only a report with priorities, or do we also fix critical errors within the budget?
Similar cases in approach:
- https://business.ingello.com/platforma - a complex platform with architecture, roles, and product development
- https://business.ingello.com/forma-crm - admin panel, business logic, and working with existing processes

The task is clear: first — a technical review of the current project on Next.js 15 / App Router, then a list of priority fixes. I would start with an audit of the project structure, checking the SSR/SSG strategy for the pages, working with forms and Zod validation, the state of Redux Toolkit, as well as mobile adaptation and basic technical SEO (meta tags, loading speed, Core Web Vitals). As a result, I will prepare a clear list of issues with priorities and suggestions for fixes — I am ready to show the results of the review in about 3 days, then we can discuss ongoing work on the project.

Dmitry, I see that it is critically important to conduct an audit of the current codebase on Next.js 15 to identify the causes of instability and prepare a foundation for further scaling of functionality. My task is to stabilize the project and ensure the correct operation of server-side rendering and existing integrations.

I will analyze the structure of components and the state of SSR, after which I will specifically fix errors in forms and the logic of interaction with external APIs to ensure that the site works stably and quickly on any devices.

Are there currently specific bugs that occur most frequently, or is the main request related to the technical optimization of the code before adding new features?
