I want to create an application for Android/iOS that would connect cleaners and people looking for cleaning services. Something like pyszne.pl or Uber.
I would like cleaners to be able to register on the platform.
Name, surname, the area in which they provide services, but also a requirement - to provide information about self-employment, as only such individuals would have the opportunity to register, and an AML check, meaning verifying a person in case they steal from a client and disappear.
The platform should also allow clients to create an account to place orders.
Payment for services exclusively through the application.
A 20% commission means that a person looking for cleaning must deduct 10% from each order or hour. If it is £100, then 20% must be deducted from that amount, which remains in the account. The rest of the funds are paid out.
I would like each cleaner to have the opportunity to be rated, meaning from 0-5 stars and a comment, to be able to decide whom to choose.
The application should be easy to use, meaning easy to navigate and eye-friendly in English, focused solely on this market. So we have a map of the United Kingdom - where we can choose a region/county and categorize it accordingly.
Please provide a quote and the time for implementation, as well as what would be needed from me?
