Vectorization (digitization) of the paper reconstruction project (115 sq.m) and registration in the EDESSB Task description: I am looking for a certified design engineer (or architect) with a valid qualification certificate and experience in the EDESSB office for digitizing and entering the completed reconstruction project into the system. Initial data of the object: Object type: separation of part of the premises of the former dormitory into a separate residential apartment. Area: 115 sq. m. Documentation status: there is an old, fully approved paper project (construction intentions) developed by a municipal architectural planning enterprise. The project has not been uploaded to the EDESSB system before (has not been digitized). Legal basis: there is an official and valid decision of the executive committee of the city council granting permission for reconstruction, the object has already been officially assigned an apartment number (address). Communications: all old paper approvals from the Fire Service, Sanitary Inspection, and City Gas (Gorgaz) are available. All networks are physically connected, metering devices are installed, and supply contracts are active. What specifically needs to be done (Scope of work): Vectorization (digitization): Redraw architectural and planning solutions from the paper archive into electronic form (PDF/DWG formats) according to current standards for graphic material design. Formation of the case in EDESSB: Create a project card in EDESSB and legally correctly attach the existing initial data: the executive committee's decision and old paper approvals from the services. Entry without new TU/MUO: Since the networks are existing and the re-planning occurs within the capital walls, the project is uploaded based on the CMU Resolution No. 406 (without issuing new TU and MUO). It is necessary to correctly fill in the declarative fields in the system to avoid blocks. Registration: Sign the project with your electronic signature and generate a registration number for the project with a QR code for the client for further submission of the Notification of the start of construction works in "Diia". The object has 100% ready, approved solutions in the capital walls. The task is specifically about updating the information of the old project (Stage P) through vectorization (according to the Procedure for maintaining EDESSB). Please base the work on official algorithms for entering "old" architectural solutions into EDESSB, which are currently widely discussed at professional workshops (for example, methods for supporting and digitizing archives from CLC PRO Group / PRO InfoBud). Wooden terrace 7x4.5m with a frame wooden sauna 3.5x2.25m and a tub. The terrace is located on a plot with a slight slope. It is necessary to calculate the structure of the terrace (made of wood; the site is in the mountains - high snow load), calculate the structure of the sauna, develop a 3D model (photorealistic renders are not needed) and prepare drawings (facades, sections, site plan). A small complication: the documentation and drawings must comply with a specific format. Nothing special, but markings, colors of materials, and other details must adhere to a certain format.
