Need a basic version of the assistant only for incoming calls. No cold calls, no sales, no complex marketing scenarios.
What the assistant should be able to do:
- take incoming calls with a natural American voice
- introduce itself on behalf of the company
- understand whether it is a new client or an existing one
- determine the type of inquiry: new repair, follow-up call, recall, reschedule, cancellation, question about past repair
- ask for and save the name, phone number, address, ZIP code, type of appliance, and description of the problem
- check if the address is within our service area
- understand which appliances we repair and which we do not
- if the area is not suitable or the appliance is not serviced, politely inform about this and not create a regular lead
- if the client already exists in the system, find them by phone number and open their history
- save the call result in the CRM: summary, status, reason for the inquiry, whether the client scheduled or not
- preferably, have integration with Google Calendar for scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments
