Project: Business Automation (Twilio + Zoho One + AI)
📌 Project Description
We are looking for a specialist with experience in Twilio, Zoho One (Zoho CRM/Books/Inventory/FSM), and AI agent integration (GPT + TTS/STT).
It is necessary to build a telephony, CRM, and AI automation system for three business areas:
1. Cleaning
2. Repair and finishing
3. Floristry (selling and delivering flowers)
⚡ Important:
• Each area is a separate branch (its own Twilio number, call logic, CRM settings, AI agent).
• All branches are independent: they can be started and stopped separately.
• The working language of the system is English (calls, voice, CRM, social networks).

1️⃣ Telephony (Twilio → Zoho CRM)
• Each area has its own Twilio number.
• Incoming call:
1. Greeting: “Thank you for calling. This call may be recorded for quality assurance purposes.”
2. Connecting to the AI operator (realistic voice: pauses, intonation, “live person effect”).
• If the call is not answered → after 23 seconds, the system issues a message:
“Sorry, all operators are busy now. We will call you back shortly.”
• After that, the call ends.
• An SMS is sent to the administrator:
• from which number the client called,
• to which number (which area) the call was made,
• status (missed call).
• All conversations must be recorded and stored in the CRM.
• Ability to call the client back via Twilio directly from the CRM.

2️⃣ CRM (Zoho One)
It is necessary to set up a complete CRM and automation infrastructure:
• Leads, deals, clients.
• Client card: call history, orders, bonus balance.
• Warehouse (inventory of materials and goods).
• Financial part: invoices, bills, acts, automatic reporting.
• Bonus program:
• accrual of cashback points to the client card,
• ability to pay for part of services/goods with bonuses.
• Integration with telephony and AI.
• Marketing tools:
• automatic sending of promotions (SMS/email),
• reminders to clients.
• Automatic creation of an order card during a call:
• AI operator records data (client name, service, address, date/time, order details),
• data is saved in the CRM.

3️⃣ AI Agents
• AI operator (based on GPT + TTS/STT)
• Working language: English.
• Realistic voice (pauses, intonation, “live person effect”).
• Accepts calls, answers client questions.
• Information for answers is taken from the website of the corresponding area (cleaning, repair, flowers) and the company's knowledge base.
• Clarifies order details, records them in the CRM.
• Can call the client back (via Zoho → Twilio) on command
• Creates reports.
• AI-SMM agent
• Creates posts on social media (Facebook/Instagram) based on information from the company's websites and promotions.
• Publishes on schedule.
• Responds to client messages on social media and chats.

• The project is divided into 3 stages (each area = a separate stage):
1. Cleaning
2. Repair and finishing
3. Floristry
• Each stage includes: setting up telephony + CRM + AI agent.
• We will launch them sequentially, in the specified order.

• Total project cost (one amount for all three areas, divided into three stages).
• Approximate deadlines for completing each stage (separately).
• Experience working with Twilio, Zoho One, and AI integrations.
