Scenario 1: Auto-dialing
Trigger:
- A new lead appears in the CRM
- The lead is assigned to the responsible manager
Next:
- CRM sends a webhook to Make
- Make launches the scenario
- A call is initiated to the manager
- After the manager answers:
- a call is initiated to the client
- connection (bridge) occurs
Important:
- If the manager did not answer → repeat/escalation (optional)
- If the client did not answer → log the result
Scenario 2: SMS Notification to the Client
Trigger:
- The client submits a request on the landing page
Next:
- Lead data is sent to the CRM
- In parallel (or through Make):
- an SMS is sent to the client
