Creation of the "Lead" entity: Setting up a separate funnel for initial inquiries.
Triggers for incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and chat messages, application by email
○ If the number is unknown: automatic creation of a Contact Card (name: number
of phone) + Lead Card.
○ If the contact exists and there is an active deal: creation of a Task for the manager in
the existing card (to avoid creating duplicates).
○ If the contact exists, but past deals are closed (won/lost): creation of a new
lead.
