Automation of payment processes in Stripe and the accounting system Visma

Integration of Stripe & Visma

Below I describe a short technical task, which will be detailed further after access to www.make.com. 

1. An online store is connected to the Stripe payment system, and we create links for payment of goods/services in it. 
2. All of them are displayed in Payments. All paid payments  must be sent via automation from Make.com to the accounting program Visma eEkonomi. 
3. Payments coming from the online store (cms Prestashop) - for these orders, there is little data transmitted to Stripe. Prestashop also needs to be connected to obtain product data. 
4. The data that is sent - first, check if there is already an existing customer in Stripe (can be by email), if not - it should be created in Visma. Then all necessary data, such as customer type, country, address, etc.
5. After creating the customer, there should be a check if there is an existing product. If not, create this product in Visma. It is important that the product has the correct VAT percentage. 
6. After that, create an invoice with the current customer and product.  

I am attaching a photo with the fields that exist for creating a client in Visma. 

The scenarios described above are implemented in our make account, but due to the fact that some parameters in Visma were difficult to configure, they did not work correctly.

Нижче описую коротке технічне завдання, яке буде більш деталізоване після доступу до www.make.com. 

1. До системи оплати Stripe підключено онлайн магазин та в ній ми створюємо лінки для оплати товарів / послуг. 
2. Всі вони відображаються в Payments - платежі. Всі оплачені платежі  мають висилатись за допомогою автоматизації з Make.com до облікової бухгалтерської програми Visma eEkonomi. 
3. Оплати які приходять з онлайн магазину (cms Prestashop) - по цим замовленням мало даних які передаються в Stripe. Потрібно підключати також Prestashop для того щоб отримати дані про товар. 
4. Дані які пересилаються - спочатку перевірка чи вже існує актуальний покупець зі Stripe (можна по мейлу), якщо ні - він повинен створитись в Visma. Далі всі необхідні дані, як то тип покупця, країна, адреса і тп.
5. Після створення покупця має бути перевірка чи існує актуальний товар. Якщо ні, то створити цей товар в Visma. Важливо щоб товар мав правильний % ПДВ. 
6. Після цього створити рахунок з актуальним покупцем і товаром.  

Додаю фото з полями, які існують для створення клієнта у Visma. 

Вище описані сценарії є реалізовані в нашому єкаунті make, але через те що деякі параметри в Visma було складно налаштувати, вони не працювали коректно.
