Google spreadsheet with contacts (email, phone, address, name, etc.)

Email of the lawyer/partner who deals with what interests us
LinkedIn CEO / Managing Partner
LinkedIn profile of the lawyer responsible for the area that interests us
Company website if not in the table
Add all found data to the general table.
Re-mailing
After enriching the database:
make an additional mailing to the newly found emails
launch follow-up if there is no response
update the table based on the results

All responses are systematized and sent to the client
