Определитесь в каком формате и какие размеры нужны.. в ставках люди пишут о статических картинках, без анимаций.. анимации сейчас делаются в amphtml , что достаточно гемморойно, потому стоит прилично, но реализуемо..могу с этим помочь.. но это если нужны динамические баннеры, а не просто картинки
