Большинство площадок не допускают интерактивные баннеры, просто анимационные. Могу сделать и интерактивные. Я специализируюсь на создании баннеров(статичных, анимированных гиф и хтмл5) много лет. Имею опыт разработки под многие площадки и разные тех. требования.
