По поводу поддержки - на протяжении года можете обращаться ко мне, в случае возникновения каких-либо проблем. Мелкие недочёты или баги всегда исправляются бесплатно. Если же один из сайтов сильно изменит свою структуру и восстановление программы будет невозможно, такая доработка уже может быть платной, но, по моему опыту, такое случается крайне редко.
При желании, в окне программы также можем выводить статистику, чтобы отслеживать количество добавленных заявок за последний день/час.
