Bilingual (Russian & English) Project Manager Assistant

Ella Maru Studio specializes in creating high-quality scientific and medical illustrations and animations for scientists. We're looking for a highly organized and bilingual Project Manager Assistant  to help manage the flow of projects and communications between our clients, project managers, and designers.

Key Responsibilities:

-Client Communication: Serve as the first point of contact with clients, ensuring clear and timely responses while coordinating with project managers.

-Quotes & Invoices: Prepare and submit accurate quotes and invoices to clients, working closely with the project managers.

-Project Management: Assist in overseeing timelines for multiple projects, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time by communicating between clients, project managers, and designers.

-Social Media Engagement: Respond to messages on our social media platforms and assist with managing customer interactions.

-CRM Management: Use our CRM system to keep track of client details, interactions, and project statuses.

-Scheduling: Organize and schedule meetings between clients, project managers, and designers to ensure clear communication and timely project updates.

-Customer Interaction: Occasionally speak with clients to provide updates or clarify project details, relaying information to project managers and designers.

What We're Looking For:

-Fluency in both English and Russian (written and spoken).

-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

-Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex ideas in simple terms, and coordinate effectively between different teams.

-Familiarity with CRM tools and social media platforms.

-A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on meeting deadlines.
